Wow stervc; that TTDZ/Green Cures DD is very well put together, very logical, and very educational! I am a truly excited to be a TTDZ/Green Cures shareholder. I wish Green Cures management and all shareholders the best in success over the coming months and years! I also wish all those with ailments that CBD oils can cure have access to their cures as soon as possible. I don't say this for selfish/financial reasons. I hope for their cures as soon as possible so the patient and their families can be relieved as much as possible. My mother died of ovarian cancer in 1972 when I was 12 years old. My wife had breast cancer(Paget's) back in 2010 but completely cured; thank goodness! I watched the CNN specials. There are no reasons why children need to continue the suffering of seizures due to this form of Epilepsy or families need to move to Colorado just to find the cure.

Due Diligence rebuttal.


There's misleading information throughout this "due diligience" package.


Many of the connections that the post is making are 100% FALSE.

1. TTDZ is not or has never been affiliated with Charlottes Web strain.


2. TTDZ is not affiliated with the STanley Brothers, who are the developers of the Charlottes Web strain.

3. Stanley Brothers run a not-for-profit "competitor" (I use competitors usely because TTDZ is of no consequence and are not fit to be called competition). You can see the website here: http://theroc.us/

why would they need or partner with TTDZ when they have a bigger network and audience. It's like McDonalds parterning with some mom and pop burger spot that hasn't even sold one burger yet. LMFAO.

4. The Amaremid connection is FALSE. I have spoken with the company they are NOT NOT NOT NOT connected with TTDZ or Green Cures in any way.

5. The "network" of sites is a creation of William (the webmaster) who created all these sites. He then sold a handful to TTDZ...the connection is simply that he developed all these domains. Point blank period.


6. Use common sense people, do not be mislead by bad and false information disguised as due diligence. When the facts come out there will not be enough sorries and apologies to compensate the losses of your investments.

Great DD as always stervc, second to none on ihub. It is amazing to see this network of entities being built in front of our eyes and we need to take it in just to keep up with the organizational strategy, which your DD posts help us do.

I think the network you are trying to show us has a lot of synergy and integration benefits built into it that we are not seeing right now. These benefits will become evident in the future in more ways than we can imagine right now which should affect the pps in a positive way.

In regards to the non-profit status, the links you provide are all relevant and insightful. The strategy behind the non-profit status is a smart one to leverage tax exemptions, special tax status and rates available at this infant stage of growth for the MMJ industry that will help TTDZ maximize excess revenues over expenses that can be used to re-invest into the infrastructure and further grow this network of entities. There is a strategy behind this complex network that will continue to require re-investments to grow in order to achieve its intended benefits that we will slowly realize as shareholders.

I think the true value of the non-profit status will lie in its assets and the operations which they support that will be grown by the re-invested excess revenues to enhance the net assets position of TTDZ and thereby increase the valuation of the pps. This in part explains why the international investor took back 740 million shares and gave $3 million in operating capital to support the operations of this network.

I just got this email from indispensary in Colorado Springs which is the Stanley brothers dispensary. They are full owners of Charlotte's Oil and are the only ones who distribute it. I'm not saying Green Cures is not going to be in the CBD business but this email is pretty clear that they are the owners and only ones distributing the charlottesoil

And Charlottes's Web gave rise to Carly's Law that got through the Alabama Senate and Thursday it should get through the House. Gov Bently, being a Medical Doctor, has already stated if Alabama State government gives him the final bill, its law.
Georgia too.

This is snowballing all across the Nation. If Bama can pass this, I can't see any other State NOT, become law.

It is my opinion, that TTDZ will move above .03 pps and continuously thin out as more will realize the many reasons why this company has made several moves to increase shareholder value.

Your DD provided below starts to focus our group thought on the bigger picture here - as the TTDZ acquisition and potential involvement with Charlottes web is very intriguing PR laid out several reasons why continued growth here is deserved.

Dividend with PVCL and the share reduction - you just have to be impressed with all that's going on here

Charts update- break of .028pps with strong buy volume and we could either gap and run over .03 pps or retreat and end up coiling in that same landing area .028. So much going on here - very special and organic move as she strives to test .05 pps.

Does any one believe that all the different pr's we are anxiously waiting is already in the pps? The last one last week I believe surprised us all when it dropped the share price. Truthfully, kind of made me loose a little steam that day.
