I understand it has to be trading dollars to be uplisted. Fact remains it has to get there some how. I wish it would trade it's way from .0014 all the way to 2-3 dollars but lets be realistic most penny stocks don't make it to a penny let alone dollars. I am long on WNTR and have been here since August. I will ride this to big $$$$ soon.
