Yes I did get in early along with a few others. We have been told for years by DD that an institution would be set up to accept the stock purchase. Well to date no news who will accept stock or will there be anyone in the future. As any investment it's a risk. ESPI sounded very promising in the beginning but the management failed to deliver in areas where they wasted money but were living to high standards. With that said, what changes have been made for ESPI to all of a sudden become successful? None other than a sale to get out of business.
