You are correct that Myocell alone is a billion dollar opportunity. These other protocols were discovered along the way. I am hoping for excellent phase 3 results which will compliment the phase 2 trials.
Something else to keep in mind is the fact that despite the PPS this is not a startup company. They have a commercialization plan after all these years of research I am sure of it.
