First deal is as good as closed, with second
deal to be concluded, i would estimate the
price will jump to a minimum of ~0.85 to $1.

InsighTec was the 'baby' of previous EMITF
owner Moti Zisser but since it is not in the
core of business, hence my evaluation that it
will be up for sale!!!

The question is how much can EMITF fetch/receive
for this joint company.
In the past Insightec was to enjoy an IPO for a
valuation of $$$ 500 mil(I am sure i can goog it up)

Mind you, all IMHO!!!
