For all the people he hurt by driving down stock prices this is great news and I told him in a PM that I hoped he got sued.
He was reckless, opinionated, and beyond the realm of speculation.
His claims that Dixie would leave MJNA, MJNA would be taken under by Cannavest and the SEC would halt trading on MJNA were vicious speculation designed to attack management for not playing ball with him. He is a total egomaniac.
The only ppl who supported him were the bears imo cause they knew when the SA articles came out that they could bank on the negativity he spewed to drive down share price, especially on MJNA.
I wrote many times that karma would catch up, I just didn't know when.
I hope he has to file bankruptcy and is shunned by the analyst community for life, if that's possible.
He cost me 6 months of negative MJNA price action and over 50K in losses that I have regained over the last couple of months.
