OK. Well they only filed a shelf to sell up to 5.6ish million shares and from time to time under the shelf.
I'm glad they did it prior to a run happening and then needing to do an offering while she's running like PLUG did.
But in answer to yer question, it's an open shelf.
I think these guys and gals have all their ducks lined up.
