There was a few shareholders asking him to get in on the green craze, and he decided to form "the green fund." Which is a compilation of MJ stocks into one portfolio. sort of like a "Green Hedge fund"
He also told us that he may list those as seperate shares and give it to WNTR shareholders in the form of Dividends.
