lowman--can you elaborate on this sentence please?-

It sounded to me like this was not an option or a maybe. It also sounded to me like it's been a very frustrating, expensive,

you say re-emergence is "not an optoion"?--or did i mis-read that?--thanx e

I often see it stated here that kmag is "revenue generating". What is this based on since there are NO audited financials available (even though this was promised some 19 months ago)?

Lowman, I hope you are right, however a man that has all these resources, still has liens against his other public company. A man with money would not allow this to happen, not to mention the PPS of both companies is about the same. He should have kept everyone more informed since the suspension. Many people lost lots of money due to his silence and that is unforgivable to most. I took that money and reinvested in another and made it all back, however I should not have had to do that, and many lost much much more and did not make their loss back. So regardless of what he does, how will e repay those investors, and not the ones who showed up after and make money flipping this or holding and saying they are Green which is on paper only as if the SEC acts again then all have lost. And your definition of a Stock SCAM that you posted to me the other day fits his other public company RIGHT ON THE MARK!!!

Well you see the thing about a conman is he is able too con people into thinking all is well. JR is a conman not a businessman.

The few times I've spoken with Jeff Reid in the past, he has always been very passionate about shareholders, KMAG and RFID's future. There is no doubt in my mind Jeff Reid is a true RFID pioneer that loves his field of expertise. I can hear his voice light up when we discuss the topic of RFID, whether it's designing, developing, or problem solving a RFID solution for industry, Jeff Reid knows his business!

Despite not getting some of the answers that we'd all like to know, after 31 mins, I determined and concluded the man is real, sincere, motivated, and especially, committed to KMAG's rfid technologies and future (ie; re-emergence as a viable trading entity). It sounded to me like this was not an option or a maybe. It also sounded to me like it's been a very frustrating, expensive, and time-consuming ordeal for him, but one that will certainly result in a positive outcome, however long or much it takes. He did sound like the end to this ordeal was finally very near, though.

If all of what JR told you during your conversation is indeed true then why can't or won't he write a nice PR stating all of those wonderful points that would have a very positive impact on kmag and JR's reputation? The only logical reason he would not post all of those wonderful sounding statements would be because they are untrue and would cause more trouble from the sec than he already has.

I would really like to know of any other reason JR would have not to post that information.

Fantastic Post! I spoke to Jr many times as well and got the same feel you did.

It's been well over a year and I am glad he is still picking up the phone and talking to investors.

Thanks lowman!

I cannot wait for the day!

Have a great evening!

Despite not getting some of the answers that we'd all like to know…

So he refused to tell you whether he'd actually filed a Form 10, and why FINRA declined to accept the 211?

An 18 year old company that's never done a reverse split? It hasn't been a public company for 18 years. Why would a private company have to do a reverse split?
