Nothing that interesting, mostly corporate operations stuff… it's all pretty dry.

Have a look at that second filing's table of contents to see what all is going on… I just skimmed it and it looked so boring that I moved on : ).

Order of reporting company files it's File first followed by filing confirmation that all current investors were notified, be it email or postal, second....which in the order of our view is then first seen if the company sends it 2nd, after they send the original before 1rst.
