That will take a lot of buying since we now have 2.5 billion shares and and a number of those were bought at less than the current BID. But that is possible, and an indication of the pernicious impact of dilution. Since there are no more shares to dilute until after the R/S only market forces are operating and they are not swamped by the impact of (massive) dilution.
