Now will the plugging bills get paid and finial damages to the Stockton surface owner for the mess Treaty left afterward??? He's not happy at all with how Treaty's drilling program turned out.

It's good to have both sides of this story ,John Bell is not a devil or a angel he's a oil man I think that is what Treaty needs a good two fisted oil man getting it done .
