They actually have none. An it doesn't seem like there will be growth anytime soon. Like I said that stock is a sham always getting pulled back(artificially imo). If I can ever break even at .06 I'm selling and you'll never see me own this stock ever, ever again. There is no growth here or movement. Better off putting your money in a bank and collecting the money they'd give you.

Federal Regulations are strict when it comes to Fertilizer Plants and
it takes time. As a Floridian, I can say the it is not easy to get a
county to sell you 50 Acres of land for $1, and a promissory Note
guarantee to borrow 5 million dollars. That is what Taylor County
has done and it appears that BION has covered their bases by having
agreements for land with different States.

To me this is a BUY, a LONG wait perhaps, but a buy for sure.
