Federal Regulations are strict when it comes to Fertilizer Plants and
it takes time. As a Floridian, I can say the it is not easy to get a
county to sell you 50 Acres of land for $1, and a promissory Note
guarantee to borrow 5 million dollars. That is what Taylor County
has done and it appears that BION has covered their bases by having
agreements for land with different States.
To me this is a BUY, a LONG wait perhaps, but a buy for sure.
