Yes. The company is effectively APT now, although it still officially carries the name Frozen Food Gift Group. During the Effective period (closing 30 April), companies will typically take certain actions requiring SEC filings. Look for Resignations and New Appointments to Management and the Board, as FROZ team steps down and APT team steps up.

Also, IMO we should see an official PR on Monday about the Agreement.
