If o/s is just 60 million. Then to buy this shell and take a company public under 1 cent is even cheap. The buyer if they want all the common shares could really see this run to get them. I say it take .005 and over to get most common to sell. Based on highs this used to have before. Seeing Friday all depends how patient they are to get the shares.
