S-3 ATM I don't like these on things I trade as it confuses the share structure and they can sell into a run. But I am investing in this, not trading it so, less important.
I have seen others arrange ATM when they are expecting a run, so, maybe they expect a bit of recovery when they present at ISHLT next month.
