RE: Debt remains unpaid and is estimated in the millions.

There has been no verifiable proof that any debt has been paid off. Especially since judgment liens that are registered with the various Sec of States, that have already had a Judge decide their legality, remain unpaid.

In the absence of verifiable proof that any debt has been paid off, on must assume that debt remains in the millions.

Additionally, the GAAP accounting criteria for recording debt is not a Judge 's order. On the contrary, one must record and accrue any liability if the services or monies borrowed were received and the amount is due. It gets into record the liability if most probable that debt is due, disclosed if it is possible. There are no disclosures of debt or contingent debt in the financials.

Finally, for the past six years, and especially since the time of Peter's leadership, the cash balance as reported on all Company financials has been effectively negative or zero.
