What they are doing is proving up their reserves in a methodical transparent way.
They are doing nothing of the kind. They have taken some surface samples, taken a buttload of pictures, and shot a really crappy video. These properties have been sampled and evaluated many times before, and the better ones have been drilled, with miserable results.
This is a dilution scam, and the pathetic "exploration" they are engaged in is for show, and does not qualify as "proving up resources".
