All merger works like this, look at SPLI similar condition applied , if I am not mistaken the initial news caused rise from 0.0016 to 0.072 over 8 trading days then it consolidated around 0.07 for almost two week and when the the finalization resulted in the price to move from 0.07 to high of 0.37. So overall movement from 0.0016 to 0.35 >>> 200 bagger.

I doubt anyone can kill the run, the cat is out of the bag!
