As far as assets..... American Performance Technologies has 2 factories large enough to house 100's of employees as well as the equipment needed to build these dirt bikes, go karts, scooters, mini bikes, generators, carburetors, motors, etc etc. And then there's inventory....with $20 million expected in revenue for 2014, how much inventory in products on hand do you think they have? Probably at least a few million or so....

Assets -

- An 110,000 square foot assembly plant
- 7,800 square foot research and development facility
- all equipment and various materials located within these facilities
- inventory on hand produced in these facilities
- many different patents and trademarks on their products and technologies

I would speculate we can expect these to total to at least $20-40 million in assets for APT.

Plus 20 million expected for revenue in 2014, but company expects to grow significantly in the coming years, with expectations to double revenue in 2015. That's huge growth for a company at this level, and we can 100% expect to see our share price reflect this expectations as well.

So what is the "value" of American Performance Technologies? What are they "worth"? You be the judge of that..... But I'd put a value, if someone larger wanted to buy them out, of somewhere around $80 million (probably low balling it significantly).

$80 million / 900 million OS = 0.088 PPS

Companies can very often trade for significantly more than they are "worth" ..... Take this all with a grain of salt, but I see an easy 0.25 per share here post merger after all is said and done.
