Well ive heard fom other traders that mms cant buy more than 999, 999 per transaction so it could be them. But yeah I would expect the buyback to be taking place now (while the price is down), and then the next PR will be that the buyback is done...instead of stating when it will take place and have the pps go up. All imo. OR its all retail and the buyback will take place in a month or so. Either way ill be waiting. The co seems very concerned with being undervalued and diluted so I feel something good will happen. Also, hemp would not want to be associated with a crooked co so thats a good sign.
