That's what I am trying to tell these people just selling the paper like crazy bunch of people just pumping this thing if telogi is behind it it should be trading at $.50 or 1$!

Ditto. Stocks, Pinkies in particular actually need US Congress to change/enact laws to enforce shareholders rights. Its the only thing you can buy a supposed percentage of and later be told you no longer own that percentage. And insiders are allowed to give themselves special shares allowing them to dilute which only tends to increase there percentage of ownership then reverse split and dilute again. It should be if you they do allow special shares they they should be limited to 49% of total as percentage of all shares authorized. And all shares reguardless of class would be treated the same as far as forward and reverse splits are concerned. So in other words if you bought X number of shares that represented Y percent of all authorized shares on a given date you would always own that percentage of the company. And insiders would not be able to dilute your ownership to nothing. And special voting shares should be outlawed period.
