many OTC Pinkies have an AS of 750 Million??? Come on and Show Me ully??? They have already STATED NOT Interested in R/S, and if need be, INCREASE AS!!! Even if they have too Increase to 1 BILLION, Show Me an OTC Pinkie with these 1 Billion or Less???

Ully the current management of ACGX took over in 2008 and have only done 1 reverse split in the 6 years they have been in control.

Now I hate R/S's as much as the next person BUT it is a big part of the OTC markets and once in 6 years is way below the average on the OTC markets.

Now if they get back in the low .000's range for a couple months at a time and are still converting a lot I may get a little nervous about a potential reverse in the future but at this price and dilution rate along with the great average volume it doesn't make any sense for any reason in my opinion.

We'll know if that changes well before it happens. They would have to issue billions of shares and be trading at .0001 to probably have a real conversation about that. In the mean time I would say there's a 99+% chance that isn't even a thought in the managements minds at this time.
