Some quick DD finds a twitter for Illume Software's twitter account for iZup application and no tweets since 2011. Still an interesting possibility.

It was 2 or 3 years ago (?) so you could check the 8-K filings for details.

The CEO of Illume at the time, was to become the CEO of the combined companies, making Illume public and trading as OPMG.

Furthermore, OPMG was to move into the Needham office as their headquarters, with Frohman out of the picture for the most part, but move who?

The deal was never finalized, then later on Illume's CEO left and went to another company in Boston.
