I think it is a possibility....especially the price being so cheap right now and until April. I mean the OS being around 330 million with around 100 million locked up by employees any buy back would send this through the roof because being such a low float.....that's not counting the several million on this board.....30 million of the OS is set aside for employees incentives.....so there isn't much left.... From my emails with the company dilution was necessary for the new facility and other projects that couldn't be announced yet. The key thing is they wanted them open as fast as possible and start to produce revenue ASAP. Notice dilution slowed big time in March and the facility is open. So in theory I really don't think they even need to do a share buy back or retirement....but it would be nice and the best way to uplist.
