Lol...good one! When I moved back to Hawaii from the US mainland I told my mom I'll move back to the maindland in a few years. I said it without much conviction or planning. Then I met my future wife a year after and she said she wants to move to the mainland so guess where we are now. I think FNMA will hit $30 by 2015 :)
