That's great stuff right there, now lets define the KMAG calculated Market Cap..

Outstanding Shares x Share Price = Market Cap

When the Shares price goes back DOWN you will see the Market Cap go back DOWN and yes it is a rounded off calculation of the share price.

.01 PPS x 750M = Market Cap of 7.5M
.012 PPS x 750M = Market Cap of 9M

Now if this is a basis for investing in KMAG and it took 17 months to notice as stated, well then perhaps investing in KMAG is a bad idea..

I'm still trying to understand & learn about a lot of this stuff. Without any doubt, there's an awful lot of stuff to learn. But I am trying! Thanks for any genuine & sincere help that you might want to share with me & teach to me, so as to help me learn this, that or whatever. So then, how do they figure the market capitalization, ey? For I have thought for some time that it was simply the number of shares times the current pps? Is that incorrect? If it is an incorrect way to determine what it is, then how is it calculated, ey?
