The stock cant rise if too many cheap shares are infused into the market like they were yesterday. The bid only goes up if no one sells at the bid price. If every one keeps there ask price above .004 today the stock will rise. Hope the people selling 100,000,000 shares yesterday stay out today or put there sell price up at .007 where it should be at end of trading day.
