I am absolutely sure. All unregistered shares and warrants must be registered by BOCX before they can be traded. Besides that we have Dr. Moro's statement that most of the BOCX shares are unregistered. Can you see the beauty in what Dr. Moro has done? He has made sure that most of the shares of BOCX have not been registered. They cannot be traded until they are registered. All other things being equal, that will have the effect of the stock price moving higher than it otherwise would when a positive event occurs. It is an example of something that the CEO of a company can to do build shareholder value for its investors. That is also an example of good management in my opinion and good management means everything for the shareholders of small biotech's. kag

Correction. I should have said "Besides that we have Dr. Moro's statement that most of the stock is restricted." Unregistered stock is restricted stock. It is not in the float and cannot be traded until it is registered. kag
