Since they deregistered with the SEC, there is no more "filings". Companies go dark with the SEC for only 1 reason, and that reason is the exact opposite of providing disclosure and filings.

A heck of a lot easier to run a pump and dump with a dark pink sheet company than it is with the SEC watching you.
