Those CCNI warrants expire on 4/1/2014 as indicated by the 10-K. The reason for the exercise of the warrants is almost guaranteed to be due to the expiration date. I doubt they will come to market immediately. Perhaps some will be sold to cover the exercise cost but that wouldn't be a huge number.
