And all of us on this board know that the Financing deal carried us over a major dilutive hurdle!

The major dilutive hurdle is going on since almost two years. And the LPC deal is nothing but more dilution (Just the conditions are better than when AMBS gave away shares for basically nothing).

Just face it. Gerald has not been able to secure any non-dilutive financing since ever.
