Clearly the sales of the drinks is not enough to fund the business operations. Why do you think the o/s is at 5 billion, A/s at 9? The company is broke.

This Ice cream Deal just may be that big that he needed that kind of money to get going. its not been raised to 9 bil. maybe it was a measure taken to ensure that if something came up during the process there was access to money quickly to avoid it slipping through the cracks.
