I would bet on the latter since certain posters told us it was coming. Problem is we all know how most of these things go after the intentionally created excitement dissipates. We think it's setting up a great short opportunity and still expect the shares to most likely eventually again challenge lows and that more dilution is probably in the cards down the line. Lots of trapped longs and overhead from recent financing. Good work team...;)

Maybe some promoter is spending hundreds of $$thousands just to give us the impression that the price is rising??? We would likely see many new faces on the board along with other signs if a promotion were in effect. There's only the PR telling us what is developing.

I think it's more likely insiders, news always leaks early. I suspect that some people tell their friends and family members when they see something develop...like if they know the signing of several contracts is closer than the PR implies.

Oh yes, we all know how these things go don't we?...they go UP on good news.

We could be seeing some inside buying or they have an agressive IR firm/promoter working the stock.
