Sorensen declared in 8K he attempted to file that he had removed Cynthia and Richard Serbin as directors and removed Cynthia as CEO and that he had made himself the President of Viropro. Without the lawsuit he would have held himself out as president by illegal cue. The law suit was necessary to assert that Cynthia and Richard still on Board and Cynthia was CEO. Peake and Sorensen remain on Board, as directors have no right to remove other directors. In this country, do not become head of a public company by illegal cue. The act of attempting to file false 8k is punishable by 20 years in prison. Unfortunately we are a penny stock and SEC does not care. Before taking this action King Charles sent "bombs away" e-mail to all fellow cue plotters. Funny you should complain about attempt to defend against illegal act and not the attack itself.
