TDA email response to the Preferred Shares

Thank you for your inquiry. I can confirm we have information showing that PVEC will spin off series C preferred shares on a 1 for 175 ratio. We show the record date was 3/14/14, but no ex-date or pay date has been established. Qualifying accounts will be credited as soon as the shares are received.
