The company has addressed all of this within the last year.
As for the MPTT, "FDA 510k and PMA Applications are being prepared for filing during 3rd and 4th Quarters (2013)
Average time for devices to get 501K approval, given current documented statistics, are currently 6-9 months. If nothing comes to pass this Spring, then we will get an update on whats going on.

As for the BOD, and what not, it's not yet assembled. The company is still in early stages. As they say, "Stay tuned". If you're looking for a list in the annuals for 2013, you simply won't find it because it doesn't yet exist.

If you are going to give yourself concerns or questions from information released, as in this case, a year ago, all you have to do is read information that has been released during the time between the object you went way back and got, and the present, and you will almost always have your answer.
