I can't think of any other reason that the Nevada SOS site would indicate Expired.

Hop-On would have had to come up with a lot of money to get Hop-On's revoked status reversed.
They would have had to pay even more to get the permanently-revoked Hop_on Wireless to the "revival" stage, too.

Maybe he tried to file for a doubling of the authorized shares to account for the massive dilution caused by the remaining convertible preferred shares. That could be 6 or more billion shares right there.

I see they also did not get the new series of special preferred shares registered with Nevada, either, so that $1 million debt reduction hype might not happen.


Last thought......are they going to move to Wyoming? Note where Hop-On wireless' registered agent has jurisdiction.....Wyoming. Maybe it is just because that Hop-On Wireless is not a public company, but a LLC.
