I got my market cap info from marijuanaindex.org didn't want to take the time to verify each separately.

HOP can't uplist to anything

I doubt any accountant would sign-off on audited financials.

HOP-ON has NEVER done audited financials, and it is doubtful they ever could do them.

Plus, the market cap is not sufficient, the PPS is too low to meet the requirements.

Hop-On future looks pretty bleak, although they keep putting out fluff to try to prop-up the share price to allow dilution at these stratospherically-high prices.
