Yep, and since you are offering facts, the fact is that most suspended stocks do not come back significantly from the pounding they receive on the day after the suspension is lifted. Many sit for months with no price movement or volume after the first week or so.
Even the best case scenario stock you put forth is still down significantly from its pre-suspension level after many months of trading...and its recovery to that point is the rare exception. In most of the cases, it would have been better to sell and move on to a stock with a real business.
