Here is what happened - Another site for the penny stock promoters that use the daily short sales and FINRA states clearly it is not accurate.

FINRA says the only accurate short sales data is on their Bi-Weekly report.

Why do you think think OTCM uses the Bi-Weekly data?

There isn't any shorting of SKTO.
