The problem with OTC market is that they tends to not follow the rules and SEC/FINRA allow them to get away with murder, so to speak.

I hate it when these penny stocks CEO increase their A/S to billions of shares, dump it into the market,the management pay themselves, then do a R/S and repeat it again with no fear of any law.

That is why I look at over 90% of penny stocks as LOTTO.

I don't want any one to think that I am bashing AVNE.
you are correct that AVNE was just an unlucky ticker. Usually it takes months if not years before any stock suspended to start trading again. I like this company with a little DD that I did.
