When you see a stock trade like this, you can be certain its being manipulated. People will buy lower and sell high then bid wack (sell into the bid) causing the price to drop. A large order of a few million shares was stacked on the ask at .012 slowing down the run, then they started bid wacking. Nobody is going to hit the ask price when the bid is getting wacked, so everyone moves their bids down. In turn, people see the price going down, and then they get scared and sell too. Bid wacker is still there all along just smacking the bid with a few shares here and there causing fear in the masses.
Why does someone do this you ask? I got in on this stock at .003 and in 2 days it ran to .0096 then dropped all the way back to the .003's then bounced around and ran to the .008's then dropped to the .004's then ran to over .01 then dropped back to the .006's then ran over .01 again then dropped back to .0068 then ran to .012 now is back at .01 ..... Lot of money could have been made trading here ....
While we all know where this stock is going (.10+ after merger) when you have a few guys with lots of shares and a lot of traders holding profits its very easy for them to sell into the bid and then get people scared enough to sell.
When you sell on fear of losing profits, they are buying your shares....and in turn, causing the price to raise even higher.
Just my humble opinion anyways....
