Not sure if this is your first penny stock but it happens on all of them. I still dont understand it but you have to remember there are a lot of idiots out there. lol. thats my only explanation. It pisses me off too but that is just how crap happens sometimes. Once we get the merger finalized everyone who is selling will kick themselves in the head for doing so.

FROZ - You have to understand that this stock was at .0007 just two months ago. People have bought and held millions of shares. Someone holding 3 million shares on Monday paid 2100 dollars two months ago and has 30000 dollars now!! That scare earlier this week made him or her think twice. They chose to take any profits before taking a dive back down to .0007. Based on the merger info...you can replicate again with free shares... This stock took a huge dive about a month ago due to a correction. This is super high risk!! Take profits when available IMHO!!!!

GO FROZ!!!!

It's called a market order sell, dude. It will fill below the bid because a market order sell executes as quickly as possible.

Concerning stocks not traded on a "Major" exchange, market makers know there are some that watch L2 and every trade going through during the course of the trading day.

ESPECIALLY before a life-changing and game-changing merger like the one about to be finalised between FROZ and APT/Motovox, we can expect that, since most of the shares are being locked down, the market makers will try to "shake the tree", "paint the tape", and all the other tricks in their bag on the day(s) leading up to the long-awaited merger PR.

Learn to ignore the "noise" and you could be richly rewarded here VERY VERY SOON ......

When you see a stock trade like this, you can be certain its being manipulated. People will buy lower and sell high then bid wack (sell into the bid) causing the price to drop. A large order of a few million shares was stacked on the ask at .012 slowing down the run, then they started bid wacking. Nobody is going to hit the ask price when the bid is getting wacked, so everyone moves their bids down. In turn, people see the price going down, and then they get scared and sell too. Bid wacker is still there all along just smacking the bid with a few shares here and there causing fear in the masses.

Why does someone do this you ask? I got in on this stock at .003 and in 2 days it ran to .0096 then dropped all the way back to the .003's then bounced around and ran to the .008's then dropped to the .004's then ran to over .01 then dropped back to the .006's then ran over .01 again then dropped back to .0068 then ran to .012 now is back at .01 ..... Lot of money could have been made trading here ....

While we all know where this stock is going (.10+ after merger) when you have a few guys with lots of shares and a lot of traders holding profits its very easy for them to sell into the bid and then get people scared enough to sell.

When you sell on fear of losing profits, they are buying your shares....and in turn, causing the price to raise even higher.

Just my humble opinion anyways....

"I been reading this board since Friday when I bought in and it was the most active board all weekend with people saying that it will never drop again and we might see 2 cents by Monday after that 8k released, but there comes Monday and it was a disaster."

"it was the most active board all weekend with people saying that it will never drop again and we might see 2 cents by Monday"

the most active board all weekend

FROZ was ONE of the most hyped boards over the weekend......that's a red flag.........need to read the Ihub data correctly.......many contrarian signals........

It's this simple: "when they're drunk w/ greed you sell & when there's blood in the streets you buy."........$$$
