You are absolutely correct. AVNE is lucky to get out of 'jail' so soon, regardless of the reasons why she was suspended.

GL to you'll...GLER was just suspended and those poor folks at SFIO are still waiting for over two years to get out of SEC/FINRA 'jail'.
