It is really hard to predict a stock that is in the hands of the MMs at this late a stage. It all depends on how many shares need to be sold and which MMs are involved. Some participants don't short and some do.

It is VERY easy to predict an event like today. But, it could have happened yesterday as well. They almost always happen @ 2pm though and usually on Wed / Thurs. There are very sound reasons for why this happens.

I prefer to buy 3 million shares @ 0.0001. Sell 2 million @ 0.0003 and then hold the last million (and my free $300) until a penny or dime depending and get out. I am very specific about what I look for in a stock. I want stocks certain MMs are beginning to trade. The price above is just an example I buy in a range.

Works really well... but I often sell stuff way to early. But, I never am left holding anything. I then flip stocks while I figure out if the company is real or just a share selling scheme. So far only 2 (maybe 3 still waiting) have been "real" in 10+ years.

Theoretically, if you get a really restricted share volume that 0.0001 can make it to $1.00 but I never hold them that long.
