As always has been the case for this company I think it's a coin toss. I love the idea of the technology but they relly need this WHE-DR with OSU to work and get to market and start generating revenue. This last 8k allows a lot of stock to potentially be sold immediately for a 42% discount. I roughly calculate it could be in excess of 6 million shares. Could drop stock price to under 2 cents to maybe 1.8 cents or so. Anyone else with more experience with the numbers please share your thoughts. Without revenue, selling stock is all they have to keep going. All this in my own opinion. All that said, I have been an investor with this stock a long time and want these engines to work. The world stands to benefit if they do...

Chance of success? Rather than answer the question directly it is probably fair to point out that they currently they have:

* No proven products.
* No operating production capabilities.
* No proven customer base.
* No money.
* No indisputable track record of achieving technical goals.
* No patents on basic principles, just specific components.
* No partnership or alliance that has proven of long term value.
* No repeat customers for the projects they have undertaken.
* No testimonials from prior customers.
* No proof of an overwhelmingly convincing market survey.
* No validation of the water lubrication on which all their products are predicated.

* No history of focusing resources on a single outcome. The WHE on which they seem to be basing all their hopes is essentially the diametric opposite of the technology they sold to investors.
