Packaging like that will get them in trouble with the FDA, if they ever sell even one box.
Claiming that it relaxes muscles, is a sleep aid, or is a pain reliever makes it a drug, in the view of the FDA.
The FDA already has instructions to cusoms to sieze transdermal patches shipped into the USA that have any claim of medical benefit or imply it in their instructions for use.
It doesn't matter that MJ is legal in that state....the FDA is responsible for investigating patches that make claims like this.
Looks like I need to send some info to them again, concerned citizen that I am.
