This takes time and I sure Lee wants to make the best effort to minimize any potential pitfalls. We're dealing with 3 different languages and that can easily pose problems with interpretation of terms even if all parties are able to use a common language. Even here in the US as we all know contracts can end up in court due to differences in interpretation. If it should take longer than anticipated to get a clean contract, so what, hopefully future issues get fully negotiated and all parties have an equal understanding of the terms.
