They don't shove fluff Pr's out the door, or at least haven't in the past. There were at least 4 version updates for Party Animals, and they didn't pr any of them (a lot of companies would have). They have shown patience in bringing Party Animals to market. Hopefully it pays off. Insiders hold a ton of shares with the share increase, but also held a large percentage prior to the share increase. Let's see if they are prudent with the shares they hold and not kill the share price on the way up. Time will tell
