You brought it up. You stated you had shares with a zero cost basis. How does a shareholder get shares with a zero cost basis? What did you do in exchange for free shares?

Remarkable that a company with no real chance of survival or profitability has had no need to sell any shares whatsoever- no change to the Share Structure at all since December when CEO- laid it out in the 12/23 conference call.
